Oolong Tea
Oolong Tea (烏龍茶) is a versatile, complex and flavorful varietal found across southern China. It’s meaning - “Black” (烏) “Dragon” (龍) – reflects its often dark, partially oxidized leaves that display a rich swirl of green and black color.
Our Oolong Teas have a long-standing place in our family’s home and were hand-sourced in the rolling, mountainous farms of Fujian and Guangdong on our foundational father-daughter trips to China.
